Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I post about my life in general, my good and bad days. My parents brought me to America around 1990, and I was just one-and-a-half years old. I would not be sharing my story now if my parents didn't work to the max and sacrifice. In order to give them the opportunity of a successful future, I set my sights upon success and tried my best to attain it. My plan of life was: I would go to university, get an employment in a company to marry, then purchase a home. I believed this was the ultimate definition of success. however, life was not so sure to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. Money and the prestige of my work was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. When I began to research this new direction in my career and discovered I enjoyed fitness. Also, I enjoyed getting out and about and being able to assist others. In 2014 I started my business on the side and this year, 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. Few Asian women can be found in this area. I strive to be a positive influencer in this industry by providing expert coaching for people to live a more healthy and happier by designing an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Also, I want in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. My mother's passing in the midst of my career was taking off and I suffered the greatest loss of my life. After eight years of battle against the illness, she's finally resting within Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to remember her in my mind and heart. Life's lessons can be hidden from us yet they can prove beneficial. My mother's passing has changed me in a variety of ways. I truly believe that my Mom gave me another chance at life through her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She was able to embark on a new journey as I was given my second chance at living happy and fulfilled life. As I approach my 30s I am able to feel the joy that I am alive and living. It's not like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. I share my life to you with the hope that you'll find something to resonate with my words and experiences for you to know that you're not on your own and to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything that you put your eyes on. You can be sure that the true love exists and that therapy is common and needed that health truly is your greatest type of wealth. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets since dying is the only thing that we are promised in our life.
